Kimberly 'Kim' Song is a character in Agent Ali who was first introduced as an M.A.T.A. agent from the Eastern Branch and the secondary antagonist in the third season.
Appearance[]
She has fair skin, dark yellow eyes, long blue hair with yellow, pink and purple stripes, and a long ponytail tied at the back. As a core member of TEKNO, she wears a black and white suit with a high, white collar with a small vertical yellow detail and a red sleeveless crop top layered over a white long-sleeve undersuit along with her short black and red skirt-like armor panel over fitted blue leggings. Her boots were white with red accents. She also carries a keytar that can be used as a weapon.
Personality[]
Kim is a teenage agent who is basically friendly, cheerful and energetic, but has a dark history. She has a close relationship with Ali throughout the Arena competition. Therefore, Ali trusts Kim the most throughout the competition until her betrayal is revealed. Kim's gentle demeanor contrasts with Ali's firm and steadfast nature, even Alicia is jealous of Kim's closeness to Ali, making them close opponents throughout the Arena competition. As a loyal servant to Cinco, she is also cunning and good at carrying out secret tasks without anyone noticing, but she also feels reluctant, especially after forming a relationship with Ali.

Season 3[]
Kimberly Song had a difficult childhood, as told in the episode "MISSION: VITAL". Abandoned by her parents in front of a nursing home immediately after birth, Kim was often moved from home to home until she was sent to a youth nursing home and martial arts training center, where she was raised as a trainee to undergo training in a harsh environment under the supervision of strict and fierce guards, not to mention surrounded by rough housemates.
It was at this training center that she met Jenny. Jenny's perseverance and willingness to defend Kim's fate in any situation inspired Kim to strengthen her spirit throughout her time at the training center. One night, Kim received a gift of a cardboard keytar from Jenny as a parting gift. This attracted the attention of the dormitory guard who wanted to punish them, but Jenny rebelled by knocking the guard down and becoming an example for Kim to fight so that she did not have to bow to anyone. Since then, Kim joined M.A.T.A.
Kim first appeared in the free practice round before the M.A.T.A. Arena Competition, where she appeared with three other branch agents, Rizka, Sam, and Aleks, and fought with young agents from the Academy in the Arena Competition. In the first round, Kim performed brilliantly by winning the race and finishing in the top spot with 60 points. As a reward, Kim upgraded her keytar by changing the colors of the waves.
On the first rest day, Kim was involved in a fight between international and local agents that occurred before and during the second round, but she gained sympathy and help from Ali and managed to win the second round. Since then, Kim has become closer to Ali; this has caused Alicia to become jealous. On the day of the power outage, Kim was locked in the same room with Alicia, Zass, and Iman. She told them about her background, and even considered Ali to be the best player in the Arena competition; Alicia denied it and insisted that she was Kim's main competitor and not Ali. Even in the badge hunt, Kim and Alicia raced and even fought for the place of the winner in the treasure hunt.
When approaching the finish line, Kim collided with Rizwan and Dos; she considered them enemies and fought especially with Dos before having to retreat at the urging of her mentors. During the plane engine disaster, Kim suggested to her comrades to split up to save other friends and civilians in danger. In secret, she took this opportunity to reunite with her senior, Jenny (Cinco), who handed over a new device to spy on M.A.T.A.
Kim obediently carried out the task given by Cinco without attracting suspicion from her comrades. Her evil deeds were discovered by Ali's cat Comot who tried to stop her and reminded Ali, but Kim responded by locking him in a storage room. Kim's identity as the enemy in the blanket was finally revealed in the climax of the third season when she appeared to be injured and broke free from her medical restraints. She and Cinco shared the same IRIS alike implant, and when Cinco finally showed up, both of them activated their IRIS' Override mode.
Despite following her sister's plan and diligently obeying her instructions, she hesitated to kill Ali when Cinco asked her so after taking Dayang and other team members hostage. This provoked Cinco and cited her to being killed off as well along with others 'trying to be a hero'; she launched her microbugs on Kim which began burning her face when she was saved just in time by Alicia and Ali.
Finally, the fight between Cinco with other agents results in her being injured and damaging her microbugs; attempting to engage again makes the microbugs loose centrally control unit and instead attack her. While Kim tries to reach and desperately pull out Cinco from her being engulfed in swarm of her own microbugs from killing her, Ali and Alicia pull Kim out before the microbug swarm reach to her. The final moments of seeing her sister being engulfed to death by her own microbugs leaves Kim devastated.
After the results declaration and awarding Alicia the winner as champion and new wielder for IRIS, Ali learns of Kim's status: incarcerated but still being aided to recover from her both medical and psychological trauma.
MISSION: S.A.T.R.I.A[]
During the fight of Ali with SATRIA-Cero in the IRIS SATRIA Dimension, Cero had trapped Ali with visions of his fellow agent friends attacking him of which Kim was part of the illusion along with other senior agents Sam and Rizka; while the rest of the agents who appeared were Jet, Mika, Khai, Moon, Zass, Bulat, Rudy, Chris and Roza. Alicia also appeared as a vision who tricked Ali into attacking.

- Kim's voice actress, Nur Atika, is also one of the concept artists at WAU Animation who was assigned to create Kim's character design. She is better known to many as Eva Violetta.
- Before her name was revealed, Agent Kim was given the temporary codename "Agent Keytar" by agents.
- Her owning a keytar as a weapon is somewhat similar to Balthazar Bratt, the main antagonist of Despicable Me 3.[1]
- Her last name "Song" is a family name found among ethnic Chinese and Koreans, in keeping with Kim's origins from the Eastern Branch. (Her actual ethnic background and nationality are unknown at this time.) In fact, it resembles the English word song, fitting with the musical theme.
- Aside from voicing Kim, Kayli Mills, her English voice actress also shares the same hair style and color as her character.
