I will not let you destroy this place!—Dr. Mala, to Analogman, in MISSION: ANALOG
Dr. Mala is a minor background character in the series. She is an energy engineering specialist and one of the three Heads of Innovators Foundation, alongside Dr. Ghazali and Dr. Tong. She is responsible for the development of power and energy for Cyberaya and works in Beta tower.
Appearance[]
Dr. Mala is an Indian woman. She combed her hair with a mid-part and tied it up with a low ponytail. She often wears a white with yellow-streaks long-sleeve blouse and a white trouser.
Personality[]
Dr. Mala is a genius and works as an engineering specialist for Cyberaya. She is a brave woman as seen by her standing up and defending Cyberscience Center against a dangerous hostile, Analogman, despite being an unarmed ordinary person with no special gadgets on her side.
History[]
Season 1[]
She makes her live grand appearance in MISSION: RISE under a specialized science field in Power and Energy. Just like Dr. Tong, she has been victimized by Dr. Aaron too. It is proven in a video where she is drawing on a wall using crayons and starts crying when one of the security guards takes away the crayon that she was using.
Season 2[]
MISSION: ANALOG: Dr. Mala presented the newest technology, Robopol, to the general public of Cyberaya in Cyberscience Premiere at Cyberscience Center. Robopol is a droid humanoid robot with an infinite battery power, and is the joint effort of Beta Tower and Gamma Tower. Ali was confused to see M.A.T.A. droids being labelled as a new invention, and Alicia explained to him that M.A.T.A. usually receives new inventions three years earlier than the general public, as part of the agreement between the founder of Cyberaya and M.A.T.A.. Analogman crashed the presentation by attacking Robopol and Dr. Mala, and the public leave the scene in public. Dr. Mala was protected by the Robopols and saw a hand cannon separated from a broken Robopol. She picked it up and fired it towards Analogman, who was busy planting bombs in the area. Analogman threw a bunch of mini bombs at her, causing her to drop the weapon and fell down. Analogman took Dr. Mala hostage and tied her near the bomb. Ali and Alicia intervened, but Analogman threw a mini bomb into the Azureum display, and Dr. Mala warned them, as small explosion of Azureum was enough to release a small electromagnetic wave that shut down all electricity and power around the area. Ali, Alicia, and Bakar saved her from danger and stopped Analogman.
MISSION: NEO[]
Dr. Mala was one of the few individuals who participated in the meeting with Dato' Othman about the development of the most advanced factory. After Dr. Ghazali visited Pinggiran, he, and Dr. Mala and Dr. Tong, decided to fully fund and helps with the development of Pinggiran.
MISSION: S.A.T.R.I.A.[]
Dr. Mala, alongside Dr. Tong, Dr. Ghazali, Dato' Othman, and the Pillar Leaders of M.A.T.A. were escorted to take refuge on an isolated island under "Island Protocol", when Cero took control of S.A.T.R.I.A. and threaten to destroy Cyberaya.
