Dato' Othman is a supporting character of the Agent Ali series. He makes his debut in Ejen Ali: The Movie. He is the one who created M.A.T.A. when he built Cyberaya.

In Mission: SATRIA it is revealed that Elle is his niece, an Inviso agent who is assigned by him as the new pillar leader after Djin's death. He also announces his head of security, Amir, to be the next Neuro pillar leader after Zain's death as well. In later on commencement of the mission to track Neonimus and Cero, which goes haywire and SATRIA apparently being compromised, he suspends Dayang from her Tekno duties for her failing projects; he states her to either regain the eligibility of retaining her position or he would find a replacement of her.
