He could be a spy for the enemy!
―Roza blaming Ali in MISSION: PURPOSE

Roza is an agent under M.A.T.A. Training Academy and a character from Agent Ali Season 2. She first appeared in MISSION: ACADEMY and was later introduced in MISSION: ORIENTATION. She classifies as a NEURO Agent, her teammates in the group were Bulat, Chris, and Zass.

Appearance

Roza has short brown hair that only reaches up to the back of her head. She is slightly tan and has the same dark blue eyes as Chris. Dressed in black and yellow striped clothing, this marks her identity as a NEURO agent with these signature colors.

In her short appearance in the movie, she wears an I.R.I.S. Neo that is similar to Bobby and Fit's.

Personality

The oldest among the young agents in M.A.T.A academy, Roza is known to be a very serious, no-nonsense and an apologetically direct individual. It is shown when Ali was being directly accused for the failure of the mentor's mission to stop Rizwan and Dos, she refused to hear Ali's explanation due to the fact that she can't stand his "arrogance". She also claimed that Alicia used her father's status as the General, during the time she defended Ali, just so that she can make the other young agents forgive and accept him back.

Beside this trait of hers, Roza is fairly humble and very compassionate and fair-hearted side to the others and was willing to accept Ali back to M.A.T.A after he successfully created a worthy and helpful gadget like I.R.I.S. Atlas to contribute to M.A.T.A.

Roza is a brave person in that she is not afraid to speak up her mind and also is not afraid to face off against her enemies, as seen by her never pulling punches when talking to Ali or Alicia, or when she casually tease Jet when he scored lower in M.A.T.A. Arena, and when she and Mika was ready to fight Numeros in order to help their fallen Mentors.

Roza is also highly intelligent in that she can analyze battlefields efficiently and organize the right strategies.[2]. She chewed chewing gum to help her focus during analysis and strategizing.[3].

She also dislikes socializing as much and would prefer spending her time alone, so she rarely shares stories about herself[4].

History

Pre-Series Life

Roza is a young sharpshooter prodigy and was enrolled into M.A.T.A. Academy due to her amazing capabilities to shoot her target regardless of circumstances nor conditions[5]. Trained to handle firearm since young, she can pinpoint and isolate important target that helps change the tide of the mission[6].

Season 2

Roza first appeared in MISSION: ACADEMY and properly introduced in MISSION: ORIENTATION. She was one of the few to bully Ali after he hurt Iman, Khai, and Moon via Override Mode, and told off Alicia that she is not going to listen to her just because she is General Rama's daughter. She joined Mika, Bulat, and Rudy versus Ali, Alicia, Zass, and Chris, but was interrupted by the Academy Mentors. She was later seen praising Ali after his successful Atlas invention. Both her and Mika was the only young agents who wanted to fight Numeros, while the other wanted to flee the island. After Ali's inspirational speech, she stayed and fight against Numeros together, and was saved by Agent Zain. She helped took down the last enemies and later escaped the island together with the other students and mentors, while Agent Zain stayed behind to stall Uno.

MISSION: NEO (Movie)

Roza is one of the agents assigned to back up Ali and Bakar against Niki, Surya, and Andik, and was given I.R.I.S. Neo to accommodate her. Her I.R.I.S. Neo was overridden by Niki and she lost control of herself and attacked Ali.

Season 3

Roza was enlisted as a participants in M.A.T.A. Arena. After they arrived at Arena ground, she asked Agent Geetha permissions to run a friendly match among each other, to which Agent Geetha approved. Their friendly match was interrupted by other international young agents, causing hostility and animosity to grew among them. She praised Ali for not boasting and making it to Top 4 of Arena after the obstacle run. Both her and Mika was pranked by Sam and Rizka. She and the other young agents start fighting among each other during the second round, but was stopped by the other Mentors. Jet, Moon, and Bulat was disqualified from the Arena, and she blamed the disqualification on Ali for siding with the other international young agents during the second round. She shared the rumors that Jet, Moon, and Bulat are potentially terminated from M.A.T.A. for good. Both her and Mika were trapped in the gym with Rizka and Alecks, where they all talked and made up with each other. The next Arena round is treasure hunting at Cyberscience Center, and she was chosen by Kim to team up, alongside Zass and Iman. While treasure hunting, chaos erupted due to Cinco and she helped save a child in anti-gravity display room, but was injured badly in the process and trapped under the rubble. She was saved by Mika and Rizka, and was taken out of the Arena to rest. She returned before the final and joined a camping trip with the other participants (both her and Mika's idea), where she helped set up camps. At night, they shared stories with each other before Kim put them to sleep via relaxing tune played on her Keytar. She watched the finals with the other students, and defended Sam's choice to run away from Kim, claiming its a good strategy. Cinco trapped them in the auditorium room, and once escaped, she joined the others on the battlefield to fight against Cinco. She was last seen congratulating Ali and Alicia for winning the Arena tournament.

MISSION: S.A.T.R.I.A.

Roza appeared as a hallucination in Ali's nightmare sequence in S.A.T.R.I.A. Dimension.

Gadgets

  • Sniper Rifle "INDAI": Roza owns a high-tech sniper rifle that deliver powerful laser shots instead of bullets from any distance. It can shoot multiple function laser bullets depending on the circumstances and needs of the situation, and has high accuracy shot up to 200-1450 meter far.[7][8] Roza's sniper is called Indai which means Mother in Iban language.

Relationships

  • Ali: Roza was one of the few young agents who made fun of Ali when he shows bad performance during his simulation training, and was also one of the few young agents to pushed away Ali and bullies him after he lost control of Override Mode and hurt Iman, Moon, and Khai. She has newfound respects for Ali after he invented Atlas and his rousing speech to fight against Numeros, but still did not fully believe in Ali's skills as an agent, as seen by her apologizing to Ali for Jet's rude remarks but also adding that Jet wasn't fully wrong. When Ali scored Top 4 after the obstacle run, she praised Ali and used him as an example to Jet as the person who don't boast and just let his skills do the talking. Roza alienated Ali after he worked with Kim in the second round, thinking he worked with the "enemies" and is the reason why Jet, Moon, and Bulat were disqualified from M.A.T.A. Arena. They made up afterwards.
  • Mika:
    Roza and Mika

    Roza and Mika

Mika is Roza's closest friend, and they are often seen hanging out or teaming up together. Both of them shares the same values such as bravery, honesty, and loyalty, as seen by their bravery to stand up against Numeros to help their Mentors, or their honest and blunt remarks towards Ali when he recklessly bring Iman, Moon, and Khai to find Dos, or their loyalty to their Academy friends, especially against Ali and Alicia in Season 2 as they bring troubles to them, or against international young agents for their hostility. In M.A.T.A. Academy (comics), Roza was seen trying to help Mika use her MechaSuit more efficiently as Roza understands enemy attacks and Mika's strength better, but Mika, who is not used to Roza yet, rejects her helps. Mika later finds her analysis useful and praise her, and suggest to Roza to team up together again next time. During a New Year Eve meeting, Roza's resolution for the year is to help Mika as much as she can and to be the best sniper in M.A.T.A.. In Season 3, Roza was seen worrying after Mika when Mika took Rizka's challenge, and was proud of Mika for being able to prove her strength to Rizka. Roza was heavily injured during Cybertopia attack, and Mika and Rizka did their best to save her.
  • Bulat: In M.A.T.A. Academy (comics), Bulat was annoyed with Roza for ordering him around while she gets to sit in a corner chewing gum and aiming her rifle. Agent Geetha and Mika help explained Roza's role during a mission, and Bulat decides to listen to Roza's orders obediently and find it to be useful and efficient. He apologised to Roza and made up with her.
